Shipping & delivery

Delivery times

Dubai: 1–3 working days. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman: 2–4 working days. Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 2–5 working days.

Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are usually passed to the courier the same day. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched on Saturday.

Delivery cost

A flat AED 25 applies to orders below the free-delivery threshold shown in your cart. Delivery is free above that amount.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Please have the exact amount ready. If a delivery attempt fails twice, we may ask for confirmation before a third attempt.

Packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. There are no product names, brand names or images on the outer packaging or the waybill.
