What can be returned

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned — unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty items

If a device arrives faulty, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a short video of the issue. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference (it starts with VL-) and the reason. We will arrange a pickup from the same address the order was delivered to.

Refunds are issued in cash or by bank transfer within 5 working days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.
