What we collect

When you place an order: your name, phone number, emirate, delivery address and any note you add. That is all we need to deliver.

Your cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage) until you place an order. It is not sent to us before then.

Where it goes

Orders are sent to our order desk on Telegram and shared with the courier that delivers your parcel. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your order details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. We keep order records only as long as needed for warranty and accounting purposes.
